I. DON'T IDOLIZE ANYTHING BUT GOD.
Why?
1. Idols will disappoint you
2. Idols will dominate you
3. Idols will control you
4. Idols will lead you astray
5. Idols will deform you
II. WORSHIP ONLY GOD!
Three motives behind idol worship:
1. It’s an attempt to limit God's location.
2. It's an attempt to reduce His power and size.
3. It’s and attempt to control God.
Two benefits of worshiping God alone:
1. IT WILL DELIGHT ME – fulfillment
2. IT WILL DELIVER ME – freedom
