Areas of Service:

Youth Ministry Team - Our ministry to youth and their families. This team helps plan, develop and run youth meetings, outreach events, and socials

Children Ministry Team - Our ministry to our children. This team leads the Sunday morning Discovery Kidz hour, and plans and runs social events of our children.

Awana Ministry Team - Our mid-week children's outreach progam. This team helps lead an Awana Club, leads bible studies, handbook time, and game time.

Worship Team - Our ministry team that leads worship for our Celebration Service. This team meets on Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m. to practice and prepare to lead worship on Sunday mornings. This team needs both singers and musicians.

Multi-Media Team - Our ministry of video taping the service and other church events as well as preparing and running Media Shour for the Celebration Service. This team needs people to help video tape the church services, as well as other church events, and prepare and run Media Shout during worship service time.

Prayer Team - Our ministry to cover everything we do in prayer. If you love prayer and would be willing to help serve in the area of praying with others and for our church then this is the place for you to serve the Lord.

First Impressions Team - Our ministry to serve our guests. We need friendly people who can serve as greeters to those who are coming into church, prepare food for our fellowship time, or serve as an usher to seat people and take up the offering.

Homeless Ministry - Our ministry to the homeless in Vacaville. The fourth Wednesday of each month from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m., we prepare and serve a meal to the homeless people of Vacaville. We need people to help provide and serve the meal. The Vacaville Storehouse is located at 1130 E. Monte Vista Ave. in Vacaville.

Women's Ministry Team - Our ministry to the women of Discovery Church. This team leads our women's ministry, they plan, prepare and run events, retreats, and bible studies for our ladies.

Men's Ministry Team - Our ministry to the men of Discovery Church. This team plans and runs men's breakfasts, retreats, work projects, and activities.

Drama Team - Our ministry to provide skits for special services and messages. This team will write, repare, and perform drama skits for the pastors messages and special services.
